Change Gear​

The NWO Change Gear consortium studied how Learning Communities could serve as interorganizational and interdisciplinary organizational form to prepare employees in logistics for the challenges related to the Future of Work, and drive innovation. The project was from January 2020 until December 2021. The organizations involved were BISCI/UM, Windesheim, HAN, NHL Stenden, Chain Logistics and Rotra.
